I want to contact you. What are your working hours?

We’re in the office from 9:00am – 5pm AEST Monday-Friday. We offer support via email. All emails are responded to within 1 working day.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

No. Once your order has been placed it is final. As this is an undergarment (in the same line as lingerie) for hygienic purposes we cannot refund once the item is purchased.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the day of purchase. Please download a copy of the Exchange form Click here and send your item(s) to:

To avoid exchanges, please select your garment carefully and ensure you use our size charts to measure and guide you to select the correct size shapewear.

I have received my Shapewear and it appears small. Will I fit into it?

Provided you have selected the correct size shapewear according to the size chart, you will. The fabric is made from high quality Lycra that stretches to support you where you need it and achieve the results. The zipper is functioned for ease of slipping into the shapewear.

Will I have to sign for my parcel?

We understand that you might not be home to sign for your parcel; therefore they can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour at your request. Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed.

If this isn’t possible, a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re-arrange delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once the item is dispatched you will receive a notification with a shipment tracking details.

How can I access my store credit?

A member of our team will email you the store credit code. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

How does store credit note work?

When you return an item, you will be issued with a unique code, which you can use at checkout to purchase a replacement. Simply copy and paste the code in the discount code box at checkout for the credit to be applied.

Can I pick up an item from your warehouse?

We, unfortunately, do not offer a pick-up option yet

What if my order is not delivered on time?

In the very unlikely event that we cannot ship out your order within the stated delivery time, we will endeavour to ship it as soon as possible, and if this does not suit you, you may request an exchange or store credit.
